We asked for a kitchen and were put in an apartment close to the hotel. The staff moved our bags across a square and the apartment was 68 stairs up and they helped when we got there and left. They were very accommodating and responsive and the flat was perfect.

Perfectly placed and equidistant (c.2km) to all the main attractions right next to a great square full of restaurants and a bustling market. Lovely Staff who speak great English and are super friendly and quirky rooms with lots of character

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The location was awesome. The dining options were abundant, and the staff was amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed! Our room/apartment was cleaning daily and restocked with towels and amenities! We will definitely be staying there when we return to Rome! Lastly, you can request to be picked up and dropped off at the airport! Which was awesome!

The hotel was full of very helpful staff. They were always willing to go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. All of their efforts were very much appreciated! The apartment was nice, even though it is somewhat removed from the actual hotel property. It’s around the corner in a separate building. The apartment itself was very clean and suited out needs perfectly. Thankfully they do have a small elevator otherwise it would have been very challenging getting our large bags up 4 stories to the apartment. Really enjoyed the stay, staff were amazing and the location was in walking distance of just about every major place we wanted to visit. Great place!

Beautiful facility with great staff. I got sick as soon as I arrived after a long trip and one of the cleaning staff lovingly served me tea. It made me feel so welcome and taken care of.
