Best Western Hotel Rome Airport

10/10 Excellent

"The property was nice and the room was very nice. We had a large spa tub in our room which was nice. The only thing we didn't like was how far the hotel is from the city center and the port. I was 100 euros to get an uber to the city center. This was my mistake on research.Also it was very difficult in communicating because we didnt speak Italian.Again, no fault of the hotel staff because we were in Italy and it is expected that they speak their native language. Transportation was the main issue otherwise it was a wonderful stay very close to the airport"

"The hotel room was very modern and clean. Our room was a little small, but the bathroom was large. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet each morning was great. We had no problems with the room, although it did not have a mini-fridge. The hotel location was close to the Vatican City and the metro station."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Madison. One of the biggest advantages is its location, as it is very close to Roma Termini Station. If you are arriving from the airport by bus, the hotel is conveniently located. It is also well connected by public transport, with easy access to both buses and trains. The Vatican is only about 20 minutes away by train, and we even walked from the hotel to the Trevi Fountain one evening, which took around 25 minutes. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, with the room cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that there was no kettle in the room for making coffee or tea. Aside from that, everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
