It’s been 15 years between stays here. Everything was good. We did notice some mold in the bathroom which is fine, but concerning considering my partner is pregnant. Would stay here again, the location is second to none!

Perfect location for walking distance for most attractions especially the colosseum and getting further into town. It was a great stay! Very clean room and house keeping every day did a fab job. The AC worked when needed and plenty of room in the bathroom with all amenities provided. 10/10 would stay again

We spent 4 nights in Rome and loved the location here. From the hotel you are less than 5 minutes from Ancient Rome and 7 or 8 from the Colosseum and Metro stations. This is great base for visiting Rome. The property is of course old but seemed well maintained and was clean. It there was a complaint it is that the AC was only so-so but we were there when temps were in the 90s. The staff were helpful when we had questions so we were delighted with this stay.

The location was amazing just a very short walk to the colosseum and the metro. Our flight was delayed so I contacted the owner who was very understanding and waited for our arrival (nearly 2 hours extra). The access was initially via an intercom and then up a flight of stairs. The room was large (we had a double bed and a single bed both comfortable although firm) with a desk, fridge, safe and private bathroom. The room was clean, clean bedding and towels (housekeeping daily). The room did need some attention - some loose floor tiles and a socket loose from the wall (we didn't use). The bathroom sink tap had great pressure but the shower not so good (useable but don't expect power shower). A/C in the room but not very powerful, luckily for us the weather wasn't too hot. Would benefit from a kettle in the room but that's personal preference. Overall highly recommended for location and comfort, staff helpful and also very close to many restaurants and mini marts for supplies. Thank you
