MOLTO GRAVE! Esperienza fortemente negativa. Per qualche motivo la mia camera era infestata da un odore tremendo che proveniva dal controsoffitto del bagno, un odore acre come di solventi o comunque chimico. Non si poteva entrare in bagno. Avendo un impegno a cena ho subito fatto notare il disagio al titolare chiedendo che nella mia assenza si potesse risolvere il problema oppure che mi fosse assegnata un'altra camera. Al mio ritorno da cena era impossibile stare anche in camera e allora contatto il titolare che si impegna a cercare un'altra stanza in una struttura vicina non avendone lui disponibili. Dopo un'ora lo richiamo, ormai oltre la mezzanotte, e mi dice che non ha trovato nulla dicendo che mi avrebbe rimborsato il prezzo della camera se avessi trovato qualcosa io. Mi sono ritrovato a dover rifare i bagagli e cercare una camera, trovata in un hotel vicino a l'una di notte!!! Il giorno seguente avvio con Hotels.com, puntuali come sempre, la procedura del rimborso che mi viene però NEGATA dal proprietario della struttura. Ho provato a richiamare il numero della struttura un paio di volte ma mi risponde uno che dice di essere solo un dipendente. SONO DOVUTO FUGGIRE DALLA STRUTTURA IN PIENA NOTTE PER GRAVI PROBLEMI AMBIENTALI SENZA ALCUNA ASSISTENZA E NON MI VIENE ACCORDATO IL RIMBORSO. Egy barátunk feljött meglátogatni, és megjegyezték nekünk, hogy ha bejön a hotelba, akkor idegenforgalmi adót kell fizetnie... Recepciós a szieszta ideje alatt hangosan telefonál és amikor abbahagyja, akkor elkezd hangosan fütyülni és énekelni. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Bahnhof. Der Aufzug zum Hotel ist ein kleines Abenteuer, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wir mussten etwas später als 14 Uhr einchecken, deshalb war zunächst nur eine Vertretung da, die nicht so gut Englisch konnte, aber das war absolut kein Problem. Das Hotelteam ist wirklich sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko: das kontinentale Frühstück ist nicht wirklich kontinental. Es war ein abgepacktes Croissant und zwei Zwiebäcke pro Person, dazu Marmelade, Nutella und Getränk nach Wahl. Das kann aber auch typisch für Italien sein. The initial elevator ride up to the fifth floor was a fairly inconvenient process. Subsequent rides were more convenient with a key fob that can be acquired with a 15 Euro deposit. The common area was a tight squeeze so it was nice to see the rooms were not so cramped. Andrea greeted us warmly but he could do a better job by making check-in quicker. The included breakfast was a plus but honestly could be a bit better than packaged croissant and toast. All in all it was a decent experience. He was very helpful in providing information not just about the city but the cheap yet delicious hidden restaurants around the city as well. The hotel look a little scary at first but it's 3 mins from the trains, metro and bus terminals, so it's well-worth it. Väldigt trevliga ägare och extremt bra läge. Rummen var halvkassa med trasig AC, duschdörrar som ramlade in och lite trix med hissen sista dagen. Vi tvingades knö ihop oss i ett rum sista natten. Anledningen var något med vattenledningarna men alla italienare med resväskor som stod och väntade på rum på morgonen fick oss att misstänka att dom kanske helt enkelt ville få in fler gäster. Oltre il pagamento ho dovuto lasciare 15 Euro di caparra per la tessera magnetica dell'ascensore. La stanza singola in cui ho soggiornato è confortevole, con tv e frigobar, la decorazione delle pareti come anche nella hall è di fresca fattura. Il personale è simpatico. Ligger meget tæt på Termini. Rengøringen var fin men håndklæderne kunne godt have været skiftet en ekstra gang. Betjeningen var sød, venlig og hjælpsom. Receptionen var kun begrænset åbent, men ejerne kunne man altid få fat i pr tlf.. Morgenmaden var Italiensk, hvilket er 2 stk. toast og en croissant.
