The property is still new and it doesn’t have all the facilities working like the full lunch at Nobu and the terrace and spa are not complete. My biggest complaint was air conditioning does not function properly in the winter months and we were sweating in our rooms. It is not yet comparable to the other 5 star hotels in the area in terms of services and facilities at this time in my opinion. However the hotel is beautiful and the location is great so the potential is there

Had an incredible stay at this new hotel. Even though we arrived early, they were able to check us in to our room right away. They also generously upgraded us to a suite (thank you again!). The location of the property is in a cute and quieter neighborhood in Rome but within a very short walking distance to all the key points of interest and shopping areas if that’s your thing. There are also good restaurants, cafes, and bars in the immediate area. The hotel is stylish and clean. Our suite was very spacious, equipped with amenities that have the latest technology, and had comfortable bedding. The real highlight of our stay was the amazing staff. Everyone here made it a point to give us a friendly hello and smile whenever we were entering or leaving the hotel. They also were very attentive at all times and proactive about offering assistance, helping arrange taxis for us as well as making dining suggestions and even making the reservation for us. It’s not overselling it to say that the service at this hotel was the best, or at least one of the best, I’ve ever experienced. We had dinner at the on-property restaurant one night and weren’t disappointed by the famous cuisine Nobu is known for. Overall, a very memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it a special experience for us. We definitely plan on coming back!

I had to ask several times for the air conditioner to be turned up or off- it never was! Our room was freezing! I had to call down to ask for coffee pod refills-2 days in a row they never came! housekeeping got too our room very late in the day/ very inconvenient. One day housekeeping didn’t even come. They need more to the spa as well- for the amount of money I paid I would expect so much more! We are dinner at the restaurant- I got ill from the food afterwards. I have stayed at several luxury hotels in ROME throughout the years- I will not be returning to NOBU!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Took my 10-year old for a mom-daughter trip to Rome and the staff took such painstakingly great care of both of us (and of her). Every detail was tended to and they were always so gracious. Much gratitude to Francesca, Alessandra, Marco, and Dominico. The hotel itself is lovely, more on the modern side. Bathroom has a rainfall shower which was so awesome. Food is also amazing. Great restaurant staff (thanks, Jeff!) Thank you for such a memorable experience! We will certainly be coming back.
