Location is very convenient, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and bay are clean. Second floor is a bit harder to claim stairs with the luggages since there is no elevator. The kitchen is excellent to have breakfast before we start the day. But overall is a good place. I would recommend this hotel.

The property was interesting. It was a bit of a maze. The rooms were across the street from the check in desk. Staff at check in were great. Gentleman across the street behind a window was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was lovely but the Coffee machine and juice machine were temperamental. All and all - interesting

The location was extremely convenient and the room was clean & comfortable for our family of four. The metro is just around the corner, making it easy to get to the Vatican, plus there are restaurants and stores everywhere. We walked to the Trevi fountain every morning to enjoy breakfast & the view. I would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

The location is great with the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps near by, plus very easy to get to from the Metro. I had a fifth floor room for a single traveller which suited me fine and had air con which was well needed in the June heat. Be aware the lift is small.

Central positioning and a great size room with excellent views. So many friends commented on my social media posts of the view from my room. I suspect that not all rooms have that view, but the size along with the bathroom were both great.

Hotel que voltarei a hospedar. No centro de tudo, seguro, limpo, confortável. Atendimento diferenciado.
