The Caffarella apartment is located in a residential neighborhood close to the homonymous park.
It is fully furnished and equipped and consists of three rooms, the living area that includes living room with TV, two sofa beds, dining area and kitchen; the sleeping area with two double bedrooms each with TV and air conditioning and a bathroom with large shower and hairdryer on the wall.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has independent entrance from the building that is home to it and is ideal for those who want privacy and easy access for the elderly and handicapped.

The apartment is ideal for staying and visiting Rome; . Metro line A, Furio Camillo stop, is only a 7-minute walk away, on the Appia Street, an elegant street for shopping, and a few meters away are bus stops 87 and 628 with which you can easily reach the historic center And to visit the most tourist destinations of the city following various itineraries:
1) the Basilica of St. John and the Scala Santa;
2) the Termini station and the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore
3) the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Church of St. Clement, the Roman Forum;
4) the Circus Maximus, the Mouth of Truth and Trastevere;
5) the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and the famous Piazza Navona;
6) the Prati district with its elegant shopping streets and the Vatican with the Basilica of Saint Peter and Castel Sant'Angelo.
