Extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment recently renovated and enjoying superb sea views. The apartment itself is within a short walk (5 mins) of the main ferry terminal to Wemyss Bay and is also close to all amenities that can be found in the town of Rothesay. 2 bedrooms with double bed, the other with bunk beds, which makes it ideal for family getaways, or couples alike. The stunning, professionally designed and installed kitchen diner with seating for six and a large tv is a welcome place to enjoy cooking or a glass of wine after exploring the many things to do on the island. Or you may even prefer to just relax in the beautiful ballroom sized sitting room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner watching the smart 3d TV with many apps Inc Netflix You Tube and BBC I player. There is free unlimited Wi Fi together with a Blue Ray DVD. We supply all toiletries and linen tea coffee etc. There is a gents and ladies bike in cellar 3 or 4 and a full set of golf clubs should guests wish to borrow. This holiday let has 156 five star reviews and
we really take a pride in it and wish to give you a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful island. Many of our guests stay here year after year and I really appreciate their business. Bute is a wonderful island with many places of interest to explore including Mount Stuart which is a must. The beaches at Scalpsie Ettrick Bay and Kilchatten are beautiful and
extremely safe. We are so close to Rothesay beach you can hear the waves from the flat.
For those not travelling by car the bus stop is right outside our door and there is an open top tour bus that will take you round the island during the holiday season. We are very busy during the holiday season so best to book early to avoid disappointment.

A beautiful property with a view of the water which will stay with me for a long time. Each window has a stunning view and it was mesmerising to watch the ferry come in and out. Ideally located for a trip to Rothesay and highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment

Beautiful apartment, much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Views are amazing could spend hours watching the boats. Apartment has everything you need, clean, comfortable and a fabulous kitchen. Would definitely book again when visiting Rothesay.

Superb Apartment in the heart of Rothesay

The property is as advertised, spacious and welcoming a real home from home. Colin the owner was excellent in keeping us informed before and during our stay. Loved the location and the spacious layout of the apartment. This will be a first pick anytime we visit Rothesay.

Smashing property

Owner Gordon was easy to communicate with. His place was a fantastic size. Living room had lots of seating although we didn't get a chance to use the living room as we were out and about at Bute festival afternoon and night. Loved that the bus stopped almost outside. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, we brought our labradour and he was on the beach a stones throw away. All and all a great flat to visit Bute.

We had a fabulous stay over the weekend. The host (Gordon) communicated well during the whole process. Accommodation is in a great location with lots of local amenities. Flat is well equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Was like a home from home. Great flat, great host. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely sea view flat

We had an great stay! The flat was clean, cosy and convenient. IT was well equipped. We really enjoyed the wood burning stoves and were provided with loads of firewood. Gordon was very welcoming and easy to contact. Would definitely book again.

Large stunning flat ideal location

Gorgeous flat a credit to the owner. Handy location and central to all amenities. Great views of the harbour. Gordon was superb and on hand for any problems that we encountered. Very welcoming and friendly chap. 😊

Beautiful accommodation

We had a lovely time in Bute. Excellent location. Appartment had everything in it that we needed. It is very spacious. The views from the living room were stunning. We loved watching the boats coming in and going out from the harbour. Excellent communication with Gordon the hpst when we had a couple of queries. He respindee immediately. We would return again.

A beautiful apartment, stunning views

We stayed for 2 nights. The photos dont do ths property justice, its absolutely beautiful. Rooms are big and comfy and Gordon has thought of everything. Weather was terrible so we spent time in the comfy kitchen and lounge watching the sea. Very peaceful but so close to everythimg you could need, shops, take aways etc We will definitely be back, the sooner the better. Shame Gordon cant guarantee the weather but he can guarantee you a lovely stay

Great location in Rothesay

This is a good property in a great location.overlooking the water. Enjoyed sitting in the lounge watching the world go by. I gave the cleanliness a minus star as my husband has cancer and we need to be so careful about his immune system. The wooden floors had some dust and we had to clean the fridge before use. Otherwise fantastic

First visit to this flat due to our usual one being sold. The flat is great with everything you need and we felt really comfortable and at home for our long weekend.Elderly dad managed the one flight up to the flat no problem and handy having the bus stop right outside too.Great flat and host so will be our new holiday flat going forward.

Wonderful apartment

Excellent location, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host was extremely accommodating, let us have a later check out and book an extra night at very short notice due to train cancellation. Next time we visit rothesay will definitely book again.
