The property was quiet and well maintained. Check-in was easy with the self-service method, and I really liked the workspace area, which provided a coffee machine and lots of space for socializing or working. The surrounding area isn't the most appealing in the evening, but I didn't have any safety concerns. But the location is very convenient for tourist sites in Rotterdam.

This is very much a self service hotel. No front desk. Very little staff. But it worked out well. Excellent location right by a metro station. Waiting area with bag storage worked well. Since this was a work trip, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was a good value.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was supposed to have 2 beds and sleep 3 and we had one bed. Also there was construction the entire time I mean a rotohammer every day. Sometimes directly above our room, other times near are room. When I asked about it asked to move rooms, they lied and said it was outside on another building. When I pointed out the construction crew in our elevator, they said it was not one of their rooms, which was another lie because they owned the floors above us. Nothing like being woken up between 630 and 7am every morning...
