“When I arrived, the place was dark. It appeared to be closed. The door was unlocked so I stepped in. I stood in the dark at the front desk for five minutes or so until I heard someone coming from upstairs. There was a friendly gentleman who checked me in, gave me a key, and then took me to my room. The room was fine, everything I needed to regroup after a tiring journey and before taking off from CDG the next morning. But when I did leave, I waited until 7:00 a.m. because signage in the room……

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“Exceptional. Smooth communication, super responsive. Apartment is spacious and clean. It has everything. Beds are super comfy. 15 minute drive to Disney which is why we stayed here. The restaurant next door is pricey but incredible food, ambience and service. Will definitely be coming back.”

“All was good”

“Property has street meter parking on the street. 602 and 603 bus takes you to the E train two stops on the bus. Train and subway fare through the IDF Mobilites app. Pretty good neighborhood...great eats around the corner; supermarkets. Room is very clean quiet property, window shutters available to keep street noise down....small kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker...pots and pans available ...smart TV Need EU outlet to charge your phone. One section of the……

“Location: on river (riverside walks). There's some railway noise. Shops, restaurants and market in Lagny over the bridge.Parking: hit and miss, free in street mid Jul - end Sep. We had to park quite a long way away, then moved nearer when (eventually) space became available.Check-in: key needed oiling to open front door lock (thanks to neighbour) otherwise fine. I left the key wrapped in oiled tissue.Safety: the stairs are dangerous especially the wobbly spiral up to the bedroom mezzanine, where……
