During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating."

"We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example. "Location was excellent. This hotel is not by any means a 4 star. It’s a shady two star at best. Carpets in the hotel are old and discoloured. Walls are not painted. Our room 514 had an attic shaped roof where we could not stand up straight in the room or you would hit your head on the roof. kettle is the room was so old and dirty we did not use it. Won’t recommend and won’t stay there again"
