"Location is excellent : off main street near Volksteater,In quiet residential area only ten minute walk to Kunsthistorisches Museum or Natural History Museum, Fifteen minutes to Vienna State Opera.Near Hofburg, walkable to restaurants including innere stadt . Near Mariahilfe St.Is not a luxury hotel is a simple hotel but has a luxury breakfast with choices breads,cheeses smoked fish excellent coffee. Helpful staff . Avoid Austrian restaurants nearby go to Greek restaurant Trilogie 3 minutes from hotel. Interior decor modern in very old building with original metal housing for elevator( elevator itself is new)."

"This is a 'hidden gem' of a hotel, that has a relaxed family feel, and an individual vibe that the other ''chains" don't offer. Even from the smallest of touches such as ambient 'rainforest/bird sounds' on each level creates a relaxed vibes The rooms and lobby's are immaculately clean, and most of all quiet.. you do not hear other guests coming and going, and I had a room by the elevators which I expected to hear (and even considered changing rooms) but I did not hear them at all. The staff from reception to cleaners were super friendly, greeted with a genuine smile and were on hand when you need It is also great to see the hotel listening to the feedback on room temperatures as my room has both air conditioning unit (mobile) and a fan. Whilst on the periphal of Vienna centre, you are at the heart of the real community away from the tourists and can embrace Vienna like a local. The subways and trams take you there within 10-15 minutes, though and are just outside the door. This is a rare, faultless find that I would happily return to, and have already been researching their other locations to stay"

"A wonderful stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the beautiful, eclectic décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is managed by a young, friendly and attentive team who made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just steps from the underground and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The healthy breakfast buffet was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices to start the day. Overall, a charming hotel with lots of character, a great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended!"
