“The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. ”

“Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.”

“Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only……

“Very good hotel with good location, all amenities, electric kettle, fridge, AC, plenty of space. The only bad point was on cleanliness. The table was downright filthy. And the WiFi was really weak but that is common in Viennese hotels in this price range.”

“The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! ”
