“Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this……

“The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room.”

“Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight. And there was even a quaint restaurant next door for some good traditional dinner. Thank you Genti, Hilda, and Loki.”

“Das Hotel war modern und neu, die Zimmer groß und Schön. Leider wurden die Zimmer trotz Schild nicht täglich gereinigt. erst nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurden Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sauber gemacht.Kostenlose Wasserflaschen, die eigentlich inkl. sein sollten, mussten wir täglich erfragen und am ende sogar bezahlen ( 7,-€). Außerdem haben wir trotz Aufpreis keine Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, weil es nichts frei war.! Der Supervisor an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und wenig……

“L'accueil est agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel, du restaurant et les gens de salle sont avenants. Des pétales de rose ont été parsemés dans la chambre marquant une attention particulière pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Le repas est très bon, que ce soit la soupe de poissons, la salade variée, le saumon grillé ou les linguinis au poisson, ainsi que le dessert, en formule demi-pension. La vue mer de la chambre est époustouflante. Il y avait de la forte musique dans deux restaurants proches,……
