This hotel is in an excellent location in Moltrasio, with the lake and ferry wharf on the other side of the road. Parking is available a short distance away. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good. The air conditioning was very good.

My stay at Hotel La Perla in Tremezzo was absolutely wonderful. This family-owned hotel made my experience on Lake Como truly special from the moment I arrived until the day I departed. Every interaction was met with a warm greeting, friendly smile, and genuine hospitality that made me feel completely at home. A special thank you to Mara, Clelia, Sergio, and Benedetta, who could not have been more welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Their kindness and personal touch are what truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was impeccably clean, the service was professional, and the food and drinks were delicious. Each morning, the breakfast offered several wonderful options, and everything I tried was excellent. It was the perfect way to start each day overlooking the beauty of Lake Como. The pool area and the breathtaking views were simply amazing and made it difficult to leave each day. It is clear the family takes tremendous pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. I am so grateful for such a beautiful stay and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend Hotel La Perla to anyone visiting Tremezzo and Lake Como.

Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space.

Very modern and clean property. Gorgeous lake view from the room. Very spacious and comfortable. Good parking with no stairs which makes it easy with luggage. About 38 min. drive to Bellagio (the road is all curves). Very friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant and great service. Our server Asia was great! Highly recommend.
