We just stayed 2 nights. Right across the street from the Central train station. So convenient for exploring! The staff were wonderful. The room was nice and cool with good air conditioning. It was VERY hot outside so it was such a relief to come back to the room!

The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance from Milan central train station and metro. Four stop to Duomo by metro. The hotel was everything we wanted, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The room size was above average for Europe. We had the superior room which came larger bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great! The desk staff and bell staff were super friendly and responsive. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service was great! The only exception to this is the breakfast bar and breakfast staff. The breakfast was terrible, especially for what they charge. The buffet was very unstocked and the staff acted like you were bothering them asking for an item to be replenished. The convenience of the train station is amazing if you are taking day trips to other cities. Would absolutely recommend.

This hotel is so nice! It’s a very short walk like 2 mins or less to Milano centrale AND caiazzo line 2 metro stop. Despite being so close to the train station the location feels very safe, we were 2 girls mid-late twenties and felt very comfy! Our room was very clean and had plenty of room and an amazing balcony! We chose to purchase breakfast which was discounted as we added it during check in - breakfast was fantastic, so many options and very allergen friendly! We had a great stay and will def return if ever back in Milan!

A very welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel is very convenient for Milan Central Station; however, the neighbourhood around the station is a bit sketchy at night. That said, the location is fairly central to different sites within the city. The rooms are well appointed. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Milan.

location was great, right outside of Milan Central Station. Great Taxi stand, but can never get a taxi. So relied on Uber or took forever to get a taxi into the main areas. Easily walkable but felt a little unsafe walking especially at night. One of the taxi drivers mentioned to be careful in this area as it was unsafe. Breakfast was very average and the service during breakfast was also average. I would recommend crossing the street and going to the train station to get coffee, pastries, etc.

This property was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and close to train station yet walkable to major attractions. Alberto at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with many great dining recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great rooms but some of them have really small showers. Make sure you get the rooms w/ the bigger showers. Excellent service from the entire staff. Best place to stay if you're using Milano Centrale as a jump point for Lake Garda, Lugano, Como or Venice. Also very convenient to travel within city limits as the Metro stations are super close to the hotel.
