My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different.

The area was definitely not in a tourist location more of a quiet residential area no lights no action. The front lobby was very dreary I was wondering what I had gotten me and my family into. The remote check-in was very creepy as well a very weird process. Now the apartment topped it off the front door looked like a jail door with a number security code to open and lock the door, I didn't like this because you could be locked in from the outside if the owners wanted to keep you inside. When I entered the apartment I instantly went into a claustrophobic shock my heart was pounding because there was one window and the apartment was so very small just giving you enough room to turn. I asked for a refund because I didn't stay my full stay because someone in my group fell ill I think because of unclean sheets but a partial refund was denied. Avoid this location at all cost know matter how affordable it is. One plus its close to a train station but really all hotels are close to train stations. To the owners thank you for holding on to my IPad for my retrieval. Ps the restaurants close by are very expensive.

The portable electric stove supplied wasn’t working. Contacted the management, asked me to send him video of the issue. We didn’t have time to bother with that so end up just buying ready food to eat.

"The hotel room smelled of cigarettes (even though it was non smoking section). The floor was carpeted and they upcharged for everything including the pool and gym. Everything was outdated. They didn't add any water to the hotel. It was only convenient because it was so close to the airport ."
