Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief gut 👍. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber, sie liegt in einem Wohngebiet in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Auch die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und Sparkasse sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Fazit: Alles gut 👍 , kann ich empfehlen.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und befindet sich im Hochparterre in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie liegt sehr zentral: ca. eine Viertelstunde zum Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Bäckerei und der Supermarkt sind sogar nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt Trotz allem ist die Lage sehr ruhig und von Grünflächen umgeben Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Gastgeber empfangen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung entspricht komplett der Beschreibung/Bildern, die Lage ist Top sehr zentral und man hat auch ein sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, der Edeka gerade mal 30 m weit weg. Wir fühlten uns äußerst wohl und wurden auch sehr nett empfangen, bei unsrem nächsten Besuch in Saarbrücken ist dieses Objekt die erste Wahl für uns.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss, das über ein paar Stufen erreicht wird. Fahrräder können im Keller abgestellt werden, für schwere E-Bikes eine sportliche Übung. Wer abends Auswahl im öffentlich rechtlichen Fernsehen erwartet, muss sich mit ARD, ZDF , Arte, SR und One begnügen. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden, allerdings ist das Wohnzimmer etwas dunkel.

Sehr netter Vermieter, tolle Wohnung!
Ich war eine Woche beruflich in Saarbrücken und habe das perfekte Domizil dafür bei Herrn Roet vorgefunden, der sehr nett und freundlich ist und immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und hat einen netten kleinen Balkon. Das große Sofa ist perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch die Umgebung ist praktisch gelegen und es sind direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Great appartment, very good location
The whole appartment is clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.). The location is very good (very close to shops - bakery and supermarket and bank) and a walking distance to main railway station of Saarbrücken and the city centre. Also nice to have a private parking space for the car.
