“去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。
浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。
雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。
雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。

“Bel emplacement avec de nombreuses piscines (10 toboggans très amusants) et une plage propre et très grande. Les restaurants sont très corrects et le personnel égyptien se montre attentionné et à l'écoute (agréablement surpris). La salle de sports est complète.
