Nice neighborhood, close to the major Shinjuku station. The city hall observatory just two blocks away. You can get a nice view of the city from the observatory. Lots of good restaurants inside the property.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation.

I genuinely cannot think of any negative experiences at this hotel. It was such an amazing place for my stay, I couldn't of asked for anything more.
