胡志明市西贡酒店宾馆住宿限时优惠

“The staff were polite, but the response felt more like damage control than real hospitality. Before the problem, I had asked about late checkout and was told 6pm would cost a half-day rate. After the night I'd had, they offered 2pm, even though they knew my flight was at 10pm. They later extended it to 3pm. A fair resolution would have taken my flight into account from the start. They also offered a $10 airport transfer. I didn't want it, but they insisted, so I accepted. It didn't come close to……

“可看到河邊風景，離咖啡公寓不遠，房間乾淨、空間夠大”

“整間酒店範圍非常熱, 餐廳餐墊很脏. 職員英文水平低.”

“The staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s a small space but the system they use for their guests is quite good. Highly recommend.”

“The elevator button is broken. It doesn’t show whether it’s been pressed.”

“Good to stay , I will come back here again”

“An Exceptional Stay, Wonderful Service and a Great Location! I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Yume Land Hotel! The hotel feels relatively new, and everything is spotlessly clean, fresh, and well maintained. The location on Thai Van Lung Street in District 1 is fantastic, making it easy to explore the heart of Saigon, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. My Premium Room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a lovely bathtub that made the stay even more……

“Business too busy with your groups..... no friendly with old and return customer, will move to another hotel ”

“I have stayed here before, and the staff’s service remains excellent; I had a very pleasant stay. It was a great help—thank you.”

“Staff was welcoming and helpful. Attendant showed us to our room, stay to demonstrate A/C and TV controls insuring that they were both working to our satisfaction. It was this small attention to detail that can make the stay far more enjoyable. Before each day's outings, staff reviewed plans and made helpful suggestions about routes/ additional sightseeing stops/ restaurants/ and street hustle items to avoid. Location is great. Walkable neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. I've……

“The staff were very friendly and handled issues quickly and efficiently. They resolved the lost room issue promptly and even helped watch my luggage while I waited for my Grab ride. The hotel also offers welcome snacks, complimentary afternoon tea, rooftop bar vouchers, and spa services. The hotel is very upscale and well-maintained; I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.”
