South-facing **100 m² garden** and **40 m² terrace**

**Sleeps 10** (including two trundle beds + a baby crib), **2 bathrooms**, modern kitchen, and cozy living room.

This stunning village house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the peninsula, combines modern comfort with a picturesque setting.

**Perfect Location:** Just **70 meters** from **La Banche beach** and the main shopping street.

### **Description**

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of the village and just **90 meters from the beach and shops**, our three-story house provides a **comfortable space for two families**.

#### **Ground Floor:**
- **Vestibule** for storing outdoor gear
- **Cozy living room** for family moments
- **Dining area** for shared meals
- **Fully equipped open-plan kitchen** with everything you need to cook delicious meals
- **Laundry room** with washing machine and dryer
- **Small separate WC** with a sink

The kitchen includes: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, stovetop, and a high chair for children.

#### **First Floor:**
- **Master bedroom** with a double bed (160x200)
- **Spacious bathroom** with a shower, bathtub, and double sink
- **Children’s bedroom** with two single beds (90x200) + 1 trundle bed (90x200) and a sink
Remark: if the trundle bed is open , meaning that the three single bed are used, the movement in the room are limited

Merveilleux séjour
