In a brand new subdivision in Saint Jean de Monts, new house with all mod cons just 2.4 km from the large sandy beach, very close to the forest and 3 km from the city center, cycle paths are just a stone's throw from the house from which you can do everything by bike, no need for a car!
This 85 m² house with colorful decoration offers comfort and modernity, thanks to the wifi you can telework and take the opportunity to visit our magnificent coast of light and its islands Yeu and Noirmoutier.
The house is composed of:
- on the ground floor: a living room of 31m2 including lounge and dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hood, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker), a scullery of 4.5m2 with the washing machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC of 4.55m2, a cupboard and a hair dryer
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms of 10.70m2 each
- bedroom 1: double bed 160 wardrobe closet
- bedroom 2: double bed 160 wardrobe closet
- bedroom 3: 2 single twin beds wardrobe closet
- a bathroom of 5.65m2 with a bathtub, hair dryer
- a separate WC
Outside: an enclosed garden of 130m2 facing south, garage of 14m2 for storing bicycles and parking space in front of the house. Provision by the owners, free of charge, of 4 adult bicycles whose use will be under the sole responsibility of the tenants. (no guarantee of proper functioning of the bicycles provided).
Possibility of additional free parking in front of the property.
Garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs to enjoy the outdoors.
House built in 2023 and completed in early 2024, everything is new and functional to spend a real vacation!
