“我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷”

“We were here to rest and recharge after spending the day wine tasting. This chateau is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and speaks our language which is not common in many parts of France. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“This is a perfectly lovely apartment. Very compact but makes good use of space. Being an older couple, I would say it is not for older people who have mobility or pain issues, as I do. There is no lift and it is on the second floor (3rd if you are from the US!) and the stairway is a stone winding staircase. I just about managed it twice per day. And I wish there had been somewhere to lounge in the apartment, but the chairs were not for lounging in. Other than this - which was MY issue - the……

“Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!”
