This villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac facing the islands, away from the main street of the village and the shops.

This house lives all year round, we come here often. It has a large terrace with a nice garden, and outdoor furniture for 6 people.

Bella casa sul mare, con un problema serio.
Condivido le impressione dei precedenti clienti (magnifico panorama sul mare, ottimo giardino recintato, proprietario gentile e cordiale, cucina comoda e superaccessoriata). Ma c'è un problema con i servizi igienici, peraltro già segnalato da alcuni dei precedenti ospiti. Dei 2 WC descritti e mostrati in planimetria, uno è a piano terra, con porta sul salotto con un WC tipo campeggio molto rumoroso, di dimensioni minime, senza finestre, male odorante e con una perdita di acqua. Praticamente inutilizzabile. Il WC al 1°piano, è piccolo scomodo, senza finestre e male odorante. Anche il locale doccia al 1° piano ha una perdita d'acqua ed un odore terribile tanto da dover tenere sempre la finestra aperta. Quindi ottima casa, ma con servizi igienici non adeguati. Anche la pulizia e la manutenzione dovrebbero migliorare per un servizio di qualità pari al prestigio della casa.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt. Auch die Ruhe die dort herrschte haben wir sehr genossen. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Charming house at one of the nicest beaches of Normandy
This house is perfect in every way. We were there in the fall, which is a wonderful time, but I can imagine that summer and spring with the porch and various seating areas in the garden must also be wonderful. The house may not have the highest level of luxury, but it is very clean and nicely decorated. It has a very spacious kitchen with a complete collection of accessories. The large windows overlooking the sea and Granville provide a fantastic view. At low tide the beach is no less than a km wide providing an amazing walk. You can also walk directly to the bakery within one km along the beach. We wanted to see everything in Normandy, but this house keeps you at home. We will definitely come back here again and our dog very much agrees.

Dieser Urlaub bleibt in bester Erinnerung
Wir haben in der Villa des Ondes einen Urlaub ganz nach unserem Geschmack verbracht: ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, großzügiger Garten, ... In der gut ausgestatteten Küchen konnten wir die frischen Einkäufe vom Markt zubereiten, Fleisch und Fisch landeten auf dem Grill im Garten, gegessen wurde auf der Veranda. St.-Pair hat sich auch in der Nachsaison als lebendiges Dorf präsentiert und man konnte sich täglich frisch versorgen. Toller Markt am Donnerstag, großartiger Meeresfrüchte-Spezialist am Dorfplatz! Alles zu Fuß mit einem kurzen Spaziergang über den Strand.

Wunderbare Aussicht, tolles Haus, schöne Gegend
Ein sehr schönes, älteres Haus an einer tollen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Die Veranda war unser absoluter Lieblingsort. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt zu 100%. Wir hatten etwas Pech weil gleich nebenan eine Baustelle war (Haus-Neubau) und der Kühlschrank kaputt ging, der dann ersetzt werden musste. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen. Die Schubladen in den Kommoden in Schlafzimmern waren leider schmutzig. Die Küche ist sehr gross und schön und mit unglaublich (fast zu) viel Ausstattung.

Mooi huis, prachtige omgeving - belle maison, superbe emplacement
Het huis biedt alle nodige comfort. Prachtige ligging aan het strand. Een toplocatie. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De moeite waard! Het was een pracht vakantie La maison offre tout le confort. Emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer et à la plage. Le propriétaire est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances!
