"We can’t say enough positives about our stay here. While our host was unable to personally greet us, her son was there and showed us our accommodations. He also took the time to have us follow him in our car as he showed us across town to the market. The host Geema did show up later and presented us with a nice basket of fruit which we were able to enjoy outside by the pool. She gave us detailed instructions on how to catch the bus into Barcelona and recommended a nearby restaurant which not only had excellent food, but spectacular views over the vineyards in the valleys. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment and will curtaining book it if we return to the area again."

"This house is stunning, with beautiful views of the hillside and other homes. We loved the house itself. That said, we were very disappointed to learn after arrival that the pool was not heated. We traveled from the states with hopes of our kids playing in the water all day, only to learn the pool was absolutely freezing. If we’d known this in advance, we would have chosen a different rental. We also had an issue with lack of hot water for a 24 hr period - though the property manager was responsive and helped to resolve the issue. "

"I recently stayed at ibis budget Barcelona Sant Andreu de la Barca from April 9–15 with my wife, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience especially for our first visit to Spain. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was extremely hot throughout our entire stay, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was either not working properly or blowing what felt like warm air. By the third night, it stopped working entirely. We repeatedly asked the front desk for a fan, as we were both sweating every night and couldn’t rest. We were initially told the hotel didn’t have any fans, and when they finally found one on the fourth night, it didn’t even work. We were also told that the hotel controls room temperatures centrally for cost-saving purposes, which explains why the AC never actually cooled the room even when it was supposedly “working.” The air in the room felt stale, and overall comfort was extremely poor. Another frustrating moment was when I asked for a box of tissues. Instead of providing one, staff opened a box and handed me only 4–5 sheets, saying they weren’t allowed to give out a full box. That level of restriction was honestly shocking. To be fair, the front desk staff were polite and tried to help, but they ultimately had no real solutions to offer. This stay genuinely affected our trip and left a bad impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We enjoyed our stay at El Petit Mirador, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were surprised that we received a complementary upgrade to a deluxe suite. It had a balcony with a beautiful view. "

"The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city and hills at night. It seems they have multiple buildings with rooms. We were in the building attached to the reception. We appreciated the free parking in the nearby parking garage for our car. The room was affordable albeit we were only a 40-minute drive to the airport in the morning traffic. We did not have the breakfast as we had an early departure. We did enjoy a cheese plate and Sangria in the bar the night we arrived. "
