“There should be a window in the room which can be open if a person wants. Some sort of smell in the washroom, may be exhaust was not properly working. Put some extra soaps and conditioner in the shower. Staff was really welcoming and lively”

“It was interesting regarding the history of the building. After seeing so many textile photos I looked it up and read about its history. They should leave a write up in there rooms so people can read about it. The two downfalls was that the pool wasn't opened as well the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. Even when maintenance came to look at it it still stayed at 21.5. we called down and they Sayed that they couldn't change it. They could give us a different room. At that point……
