Welcoming Apartment | Estuary Views | Parking
Welcome to 5 Glenthorne, Salcombe – a beautifully renovated, light-filled apartment set in an elegant Victorian villa just a short stroll from the heart of town. With sweeping views of the estuary and harbour from both the living area and main bedroom, this is your perfect coastal retreat.
Whether you're a couple, two couples, or a small family, this welcoming first-floor apartment offers a peaceful base for soaking up all that Salcombe has to offer – from the scenic harbour to local beaches, boutique shops, and fantastic restaurants.
Just 2 minutes' walk to Salcombe town centre
Private parking included (rare in Salcombe!)
Easy access to Courtney Park – perfect for kids.
The Space
Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: King-size bed with built-in wardrobe, dressing table & estuary views to wake up to.
Second bedroom: Two single beds, ample storage & plenty of space for families.
All bed linen and towels are included (please bring your own beach towels).
Bathroom:
Recently refitted to a high standard, with a full-sized bath, rainfall-style shower, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror & plenty of storage.
Open-Plan Living:
Two comfy sofas, TV, DVD player & fabulous harbour views.
Dining table for four.
Modern well-equipped kitchen - oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher.
Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee with a view or settling in for a relaxed night after a day by the water, this space is made for easy living.
Parking:
One allocated private parking space adjacent to the building.
Additional parking is available nearby (either on-street or public car park ~10 -15 mins walk)
Please note: EV charging is not available on-site.

Other Things To Note:
1) The apartment is accessed via a set of internal stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
2)Wi-fi access throughout this apartment.
3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.
4) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside or in the Glenthorne development (inc parking area).
5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.
6) Please note that this holiday home does not accept any pets.
7) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
