This property is beautiful and in the heart of SLC. Loved the rooftop pool! The bed was not comfortable. My main concern was our AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the next morning when I was checking out I told the guy at the front counter that the AC was not working in in our room and all he said was ok. I will let maintenance no... No sorry. No empathy. Nothing. I don't necessarily need that, but I was just surprised at a property this nice how dismissive he was of the situation.
