“Great Staff, Clean Rooms, Best Breakfast we have had since our last Visit to the Brooks Hotel. I am looking forward to our next stay.”

“Great location to town. We had a wonderful but short stay. Very clean! We could t get the tv to work (most likely operator error) and should have brought coffee for the coffee maker. Was warmed up for us soon arrival and great communication from the host. Would happily stay again! ”

“The loft was beautiful! It has huge vaulted ceilings, lots of light, a big shower with two shower heads! Very clean. The only negatives were the road noise from the nearby freeway and the excessive chemical/soaps used on the bedding. Considering the building and its location the noise wasn’t terrible and the soap could just be because my skin is very sensitive to laundry detergents/softeners. The Kitchen is amazing. The couch and bed are very comfy. I’ll definitely be staying there again.”

“We loved our stay in Wallace. The apartment made a great home base. We were close to everything. We ate a several different restaurants and all of them were great. Rode the Hiawatha trail, part of the Coeur d’Alenes trail from Wallace to Kellogg. An absolutely beautiful area to visit.”

“Perfect amount of space for our family of 6 passing through on our way home from Yellowstone. Very comfortable, clean accommodations and with the heat wave, the mini fans in the rooms were much appreciated. We were able to take a dip in the river just down the road and have delicious burgers from the local drive thru Winki’s. Would definitely recommend to stay again.”

“Very comfortable place for two. Property manager very responsive to questions. Only one major issue which was addressed: broken water heater. It was known issue prior to my renting and wasn’t fix. Was not disclosed prior to renting. Did not have hot water for first couple days. Property manager had me try resetting heater several times. Offered to move us to a different property but in a different town. Sent a repair person over and luckily, it was a thermostat. Was offered no……

“The building and suite where excellent….I wish I had know that a children’s pop up amusement park was happening right outside the building. It was extremely loud and when it stopped loud music was still blaring until after 11 pm. It would not have bothered me as much if I didn’t have to get up at 5am to race SilverKings. Trying to book suite for an extra night proved very challenging with the VRBO chat bot….. I finally got a response the following morning after finding alternate……
