The chalet is simply gorgeous - comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in the perfect location for a peaceful yet convenient holiday. Just a minute’s walk to the local supermarket and a 5 minute drive to the ski lift made staying here so relaxing and easy. "Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "THIS IS A LITTLE GEM OF A PLACE, ITS GOT EVERYTHING YOU NEED LOADS OF ROOMS AND WELL EQUIPTED KITCHEN, WE ARRIVED IN A VAN WITH A MOTOBIKE ON THE TRAILER, THE ACCESS IS ON A DIRT TRACK TO THE HOUSE WHICH IS TIGHT, BUT ONCE PARKED UP THE BIKE WAS MODE OF TRANSPORT NO ISSUES, THE AREA IS STUNNING THERE ARE 2 HOUSES BEING BUILT TO THE REAR, BUT NO WORK WAS CARRIED OUT WHILE WE WAS THERE. "Nice location. Host is a lovely, wonderful person, and very kind. The house is reasonably priced. But the house was filled with clutter and the stairs to the laundry room were filled with clutter such that it was almost unpassable. The counter space was limited because of the clutter. If the clutter were removed, it would be better. It was close to the Princesse ski lot parking."
