I have no signal for my TV. No remote for my TV. Bugs. Noise all night. Trash overflowing in the trash cans. Just not a good stay, but the people are friendly.

This motel wraps around a club that plays loud music. In particular, a strong thumping bass beat that I could hear/feel in my room. I could not sleep so I tried three things in this order (1) called motel desk and asked if they could ask to turn it down (2) walked over, shut a door propped open and asked them to turn down the bass - they refused (3) filed a noise complaint with City of San Angelo. Unfortunately, none were successful. At 1:50am the racket finally stopped and I slept soundly after that. Avoid this motel if you are looking for a quiet rest or at least ask for a room away from the club. Alternately, the Quality Inn a few miles north is similar price range and much quieter.

Room looked like it was mid-renovation. Half painted, no smoke detector, filthy, NO toilet paper (I went to Allsups and bought my own), we requested extra towel and we’re told 2 towels per unit. Period. We will never ever ever stay here again.

There was a 5 gallon bucket under the sink filled with water , bed sheets had stains all over them blankets had cigarette burn holes , lamp wasn’t even attached to ceiling , holes in the ceiling . But the staff was very nice and very helpful

Awful!!
Do not stay here!!! The room was nasty! The floors had never been cleaned, the bathroom had roaches. Our bed was broken and the trim reeked of smoke!

This hotel isn’t what the picture are. First room was dirty. Not refrigerator no remote control. Smelled like mildew. No safety locks. Second room they gave me had both items missing from the other room but the dead bolt lock was broken and the area wasn’t very clean.

Very pet friendly which is the main reason for the stay. Other places wanted to charge $50 a night extra just for my furry friend. No extra charge here. A room is a room, and I didn’t need the extras on this trip.

Worst hotel experience in 50 years!
The pictures were deceiving. The bathtub was dirty, chipped and rusty. There were holes in the ceiling. The patio doors were bolted shut...hence no fire exit. There was no phone to call the front desk when someone tried to get into our room at 1:18 am. Turns out they sold the room to someone else 6 hours after we checked in. I requested a printed receipt, but they refused. Trust me...drive way on down the road from this place.

This Red Roof Inn was not a good choice. There was small cockroaches. Linens were dirty and spider webs and we found food on the corners. Never staying there again.

Disgusting Place!!!
This place is infested with cockroaches. The beds were made, but it was evident that the sheets were not washed prior. They had blood stains and pieces of hair and dirt. Smelled horrible and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. The place does not look anything like the pictures.

I want my money back in my account. The room was horrible! There was bed bugs and blood on both beds. I had the manager come look immediately. He offered a room next door that a couple was getting ready to leave. I told him I refuse to stay in a hotel with bed bugs. They were extremely rude! I’m disabled and in town to have test run and this is the last thing I needed

This was the worst Hotel experience in my life and im 57 years old. The comforters where stained i dont know if it was blood on one of them room was dirty, Roaches everywhere. Ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom. It was the worst ive ever been.

Didn’t get any clean clean linens for the second night, and was not told otherwise if we had to request it. Barely had towels for one person. The bathroom was horrible. No trash cans to be found in the entire room.

it was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in my life. I actual sleep in my truck and only stayed 1 night. pillows where brown, sheets had dirt on them. room smelled horrible. towels were dirty and some damp. there were bugs . rolling chair had 2 wheels rest broken. room was filthy . outside was run down and if someone would pick up trash left laying around.
