Spring Break 2024
We had a very nice time during our trip to San Antonio. The house was less than 10 minutes from Sea World. It was a little further away from downtown, but that is from not knowing the area well. We had fun playing pool and the arcade games. Even took a quick swim for a Polar Bear experience. All in all, the property is as advertised. We appreciate the owner working with us with our dog accommodations.

Great place to stay!!!
I was looking for place to stay for my son’s graduation from BMT and this was perfect! It was easy to get to the base and close to down town. After coin ceremony and graduation my son just wanted to hang out and chill out back at the house. I went and pick up food for us and it was just nice to spend more time with him. The house was clean and Jesse was so helpful with any questions about our stay and recommending restaurants to eat at. We were able to bring my little dog with us. If we ever come back to San Antonio this will be this our place to stay!! What wonderful memories we were able to make!! Thank you Jesse!!

Grandson Graduates from Air Force
This Stay was amazing. We came to our Grandson’s Graduation from Lackland Air Force Base. The weather was horrible but the property had games, pool table and PAC Man machine. This site was so very clean and very close to the Base. Would stay again when in Texas. We were from Owings Mills MD. Property better than listed

Property was very clean and nicely decorated, very modern. Lovely backyard lots of room to play ball, bbq and relax outside. The game room with the pool table was a very nice bonus. We spent lots of time playing pool, board games and singing karaoke. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. Will definitely recommend this property

Close to Lackland Air Force Base
The location is super close to Lackland, which is where I needed to be. There was an issue that resulted in us only staying one night instead of 4. I had to book another hotel farther out & last minute. The host did refund me but only for one night. Although he was very apologetic for the issue, I still think he should have refunded me for the whole stay. He did say that he couldn’t refund me because my reservation prevented anyone else from staying there. However, I would think he would haven’t wanted anyone else staying there until the issue had been resolved. As another renter also stated, the dog next door is a barker & pretty much barked all night. If you are sensitive to smells, the plug in air fresheners are a bit much, I am sensitive & they gave me a migraine.

Close to Lackland, clean & affordable
As we drove in through the neighborhood it looked a bit rough. The houses have bars on the windows. This house is one of the nicer ones we seen in the neighborhood. The inside is great. The beds are comfortable. The floors are easy to clean up spills from the little ones. The 2 bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings smoother. The whole family enjoyed the pool and game room. It was wonderful to have a laundry room as well. We did have to wash towels multiple times as we had to use the bathroom towels for the pool area as well.

Great location for BMT Graduation/Lackland
The pool is really lovely and the house was clean. Best of all, it was about a ten minute drive to the Valley-High gate of Lackland. There was a neighbor dog barking all night our first night (NO fault of the owners of this house, but they did try to contact the dog owners, which was very kind). Jesse also gave great restaurant recommendations. If it matters to you, there were no top sheets just a fitted sheet and a comforter on top. Extras like foil, laundry detergent and Kleenex are not provided so you may need to buy a few provisions.
