Villa "Playmar6970" close to the Sea with Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Maspalomas, the Villa Playmar6970 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and 2 balconies. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with teenagers are welcome.

Pets and parties are not allowed.

There are security cameras on the premises, at the entrance, the reception and other points of the complex.

Good value for money apartment, perhaps is a bit dated but overall is nice and has everything you need. Nice area walking distance from many restaurants and bars and the pool is great with a very nice bar with friednly stafd.

Appartement bien situé mais un peu vieillissant

L'appartement est correct mais un peu vieillissant, ce que les photos ne révèlent pas. Nous n'avons pas vraiment eu d'eau chaude dans les douches mais comme il a fait beau ce n'était pas trop dérangeant. La clim dans toutes les pièces est un plus. L'appartement donne côté route et la nuit on entend le bruit de la circulation. Beaucoup de chats errants dans la résidence. La piscine est très bien mais elle n'est pas chauffée.
