“Loved Casa San Blas. The staff were excellent, very attentive to our needs. Packed us breakfast when we left early, stored our luggage while we were away on a trek, arranged a taxi for going to the airport and even provided us with hot water bottles at bedtime. The hotel was clean, had breakfast included, filtered water to drink and in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco. ”

She is good in English and help me a lot no matter on call taxi, Flight booking confirmation and online check in. I am very appreciate since I don't know any Español. Since we will facing some noise around because there are some people will wake up at around 4am due to they may join some Inca Trail tour or some other local tour. “The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……
