“This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!”

“Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. The views of the hills are breathtaking! It's a shame we didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast and dinner menu or a cooking class, but it will definitely be……

“Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped but a bit small to accommodate 1 large group sharing the whole property. The host and her sister took great care of us and really nice to be able to……

“We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix……
