This property is an excellent location for access to this residential area of San Diego. It met our needs perfectly. It is an older construction, like so much of San Diego, but the interior is comfortable and very usable for 2-3 people. There are two bedrooms, with a Jack/Jill bathroom. We were there in March 2022, and some of the nights were cold, but the owner provides portable room heaters that worked well. The TV and wifi functioned perfectly, although there was one interruption of the wifi, probably weather related, and the very attentive owner promptly corrected the issue.
The property is an added location adjacent to the owner's home. There is a private entrance, but access is via a somewhat steep single flight of stairs, so arriving with heavier luggage is a minor difficulty. Some of the plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen could use some updating, but overall functioned adequately. There is an excellent walk-in tile shower in the bathroom, no bathtub.
The fridge, microwave and toaster oven were more than adequate for a short-term stay.
Parking is on the street, but it is a low traffic area, so there was never any problem.
Overall the convenience of the location outweighs any of the minor issues, and is recommended if access to this part of San Diego is important to you.
