"An incredible, albeit brief visit to this beautiful villa. Never met friendlier staff and been to a more beautiful location. Highly recommend getting dinner with them, one of the best meals I’ve had in all my days. Julia served us most of the time and had an awesome attitude and never made us feel out of place for asking for something. "

"We were in the new smaller area of the barnyard. Room was perfect, it’s such a beautiful area! Room was clean, large and nice. Reception staff (Carla) was fantastic and accomodating. Breakfast is amazing as well! The restaurant was nice, food came out fast! We did however message the hotel (at time of booking and 1-2 days prior to our stay) about its electrical charging station and they said yes it’s there, and we could use there card, however when we got there they said it was broken....

"Lovely property, well converted and in great condition. The pool was excellent. Our triple room had a small private garden which was unexpected and overall the views back to San Gimignano town were stunning. The staff interaction was very functional so didn't really feel "welcomed", the restaurant only offered a pre booked set menu, but there are plenty of other options in town."

"Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia in questo agriturismo poco distante da San Gimignano. L alloggio dove abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti è in ottime condizioni, ben tenuto, pulito e ben riscaldato. Alla cucina non manca veramente nulla di quello che può servire. Utile anche lo spazio esterno con tavolino anche se quando siamo andati noi il tempo non è stato buono. In compenso una sera abbiamo utilizzato il barbecue a disposizione di chi alloggia. Personale disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca ma...

"The whole family loved our spacious and well equipped apartment in a beautiful setting with far reaching views. The generous welcome box of essentials was a lovely surprise, as was the delicious bottle of wine. Enjoyed al fresco dining in our own garden area and the kiddies play equipment was much appreciated - as was the fabulous swimming pool. Drive into San Gimignano took just 8 minutes along delightful country road."

We were served a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location is close to San Gimignano but also a good location to visit Siena, Florence and Volterra. The scenery in the area is stunning. The best part was meeting our gracious and kind host Carla. We traveled many locations in Italy and Greece over...

"Propriété sauvage au cœur de la Toscane. MAIS... À l'intérieur, tout est vétuste, pas 2 tasses de la même taille et couleur, les lampes de chevet sont rafistolées avec du scotch, etc,etc... Je n'ai pas assez de place pour tout décrire. Nous sommes des vacanciers, pas des mendiants. Aux propriétaires qui se plaignent du manque de réservations, investissez un minimum et les touristes reviendront . Mais l'argent, l'argent...."
