“Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone. The sliding bathroom door was rusted and the wheel came off when I tried to close the door. It may be the area, but for some reason the toilet water had a light yellow hue. I ran the faucet to check if it was the same and it had to……

“I had 5 good and relaxing days here at Tropicana. An amazing building with pool, outdoor gym. and a restaurant. The breakfast was a little overpriced but okay. The staff was super kind and always smiling and helpful. ”

“We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice! It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!”

“The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! ”
