"Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel."

"This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike! "

"We were so happy with our stay at Paradisus. The architecture is amazing! The resort was beautiful, immaculate and so relaxing. We loved the desert landscape and the zen feeling there. The Asian restaurant was delicious and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. We loved the fact that you can swim in the ocean. The water was so clear and we were able to snorkel and see some great fish. We would definitely stay here again. "
