Modern and cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath studio apartment. Located near Kikita Beach in Mameyal, Dorado. Includes kitchen, TV, queen size bed for two, sofa-bed that can fit in two persons as well. Also has A/C, bathroom with walk-in closet, shared extensive and beautiful patio garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, beach towels, chairs and cooler. A few steps from small grocery store.

The Property is a living space with multiple apartments. The apartment included in this booking is found to the side of the property and is labeled with a 1. Behind the property is a backyard that is open for your use and contains the designated parking spot where you will park your vehicle if applicable.

We do ask that you limit loud noises especially at late-night hours as there may be other guests at the nearby spaces. Thank you!

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
