Rustic, comfortable single-family house "I 3 faggi", 1'180 m a.s.l., built in 1700, renovated in 2023, surrounded by trees and fields. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: park 2 ha (fenced), garden 6'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, children's playground. 400 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station 35 km, sandy beach 80 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 50 km, Lucca 40 km, Pisa 60 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Abetone 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment (included).
