“This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!”
“Quirky very old property in the heart of this ancient town. Individual well appointed rooms in this lovely old building. Very good continental breakfast. No dedicated parking but safe public parking nearby. Reception closed from 2- 4.00 pm but given instructions for access for early check-in and key for the room. ”
"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.
The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."
