Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, einen Wohnraum und eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien. Giovanni ist so ein toller Gastgeber: Ab der Buchung bis zur Verabschiedung haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben und umsorgt gefühlt. Er spricht tolles Englisch, die Kommunikation war daher gar kein Problem. Bei Giovanni zu bleiben ist absolut empfehlenswert, auch die Gespräche mit ihm……

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

“Casa molto bella, pulita, non manca nulla.Proprieterio gentilissimo e disponibile sempre.A pochi passi dal mare e pur dovendo fare un brevissimo tratto (80 metri) di strada Adriatica, la posizione è strategica e ottimale per raggiungere la pista pedonale-ciclabile, la spiaggia libera oppure spingersi a quelle attrezzate o al noleggio bici o a qualche ristorante o in paese, tutto a piedi.Cani ammessi, naturalmente ben educati, la mia cagnolona è stata benissimo.Vista mare dal giardinetto, dal……
