“ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit……

“My husband and I have stayed at Chart House in the last few years. We’ve always liked it. This stay was pretty bad. Our first night the music was blasting near our room until midnight. The next night a party went on until 1 am with people shouting and screaming and music. Why wasn’t there security to kick those people out at pool closing time? Clearwater just had a mob shooting 2 days earlier. You would think that they would have been on top it. We are semi young retirees. We don’t like to……

“The suite was perfect to stay in and had a full kitchen! W=It was also a walkable distance to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the best perk they offered were the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for free) which made the beach experience 10 out of 10!”

“酒店位置非常好，就在清水湾海滩入口处，停车场很大，泳池很干净，酒店的码头一眼望去都是各色游艇，摩托艇，很漂亮，晚上坐在码头的躺椅上，喝啤酒，看夕阳下的帆影，才是真正的度假。房间干净，厨房设施一应俱全。酒店对门就是24小时超市，生活非常方便。最关键的是酒店经理是为幽默开朗的可爱话痨老头！办理入住时详细介绍周边的游玩，美食等资讯，试过之后发现老头真的是良心推荐！下次如果再去清水湾一定还入住这家酒店！！！”

“The staff was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast in the morning was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like is the music was a little loud outside our balcony, and we did have a couple areas of black mold in our room. Our room seem damp the whole time we were there.”

“Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that……

“This hotel was honestly so great. It was cute and spacious, perfect vintage motel feel. Bed was super comfy, location was convenient to beach and other attractions, parking available on site. I would totally stay here again. Staff was great and offered fresh towels during our short weekend stay.”
