"The staff/owner, very friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, which was difficult for me. I tried the jacuzzi tub and the most foul smell came out of the water; couldn’t use it. I should have taken a picture, but the bed had torn foam misfitting sheets or topper. Location is good, especially from the train station."

THe room was a bit cold, but i realize it was first week of cool weather, and maybe furnace wasn't at full steam yet. "The location is amazing! It has both stunning views of lake on one side and mountains on the other side. The room was clean, well set, fresh smell and well set. Restaurant was top notch! Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies. Their morning chef Daniel was very accommodating in their Omelette Station and Finally the view from the Restaurant is to die for! Highly Recommended."
