Great Location

Wonderful 5 stars hotel in a great position in the city. close to the main area in Urfa & on the main road connecting it to other destricts. the terrace in the top is wonderful. breakfast was delicious. rooms are big & comfortable.

I was uncomfortable during my stay the owner is all over around us like spying us I felt look 👀 like like we are the theft owner was at my check in, breakfasts and at the elevator and looking at us like not one time couple times like bugging us I am not recommended to anyone this hotel it is not star hotel staff was okay but they were cursing while talking to customer

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht sehr modern, aber dennoch völlig okay. Durch die Lage am Kreisverkehr ist es etwas laut, allerdings gibt es direkt vor dem Haus viele Parkplätze. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstücksbuffet, es bietet viel Auswahl und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

YATAK SORUNU

Dört kişilik bir oda aldık ancak odaya gittiğimizde üç kişilik yatak vardı. Sonrasında bir yatak daha gönderdiler fakat gönderilen yatak çok küçüktü odadaki diğer tek kişilik yatağın yarısı kadardı. Çıkış yaparken durumu belirttim görevliler herhangi bir özür veya telafi teklifi etmeden size aile odası verilmiş diyerek durumu geçiştirdiler.

❌ Diskriminierung – nicht empfehlenswert Wir waren zwei Frauen und haben ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Das Hotel hat uns den Zutritt verweigert – mit der Begründung, dass nur gemischte oder verheiratete Paare gemeinsam in einem Bett schlafen dürfen. Das ist eindeutig diskriminierend und respektlos. So ein Verhalten ist im Jahr 2025 absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Girişte sorun yaşadın rezervasyonda oda görüntüsünde iki bölmeden oluşan oda şeklinde görünüyordu gittiğimizde recepsiyondaki arkadaş takdir ederseniz 5 yıldızlı otelde kalıyorsunuz 4500tlye iki bolmeli oda alacağınız mı sandınız diye bize rota verdi çok saygısız ve ukalaca bir karşılama oldu gerçi diğer arkadaşlar telafi etmeye çalıştı 1400tl farkla çift bolmeli oda verdiler donuş içinde aynı şekilde yardımcı olacaz dediler donuşte 3000 tl fark istendi dort kişilik oda rezervasyonuna rağmen oda da herhangi bir hazırlık yoktu yaklaşık bir saat 4.yatağın hazırlanmasını bekledik 4kişilk malzemeyi bekledik klozet kullanılmıştı duş aldıktan sonra her tarafı su bastı bütün enerjimizi suyun tahliyesine ayırdık klozet kullanılmış ve içi pisti her taraf kıl doluydu kahvaltı berbarttı herşey bayat ve nerdeyse yiyecek birşey yoktu pansiyon stantartlarında kahvaltı ve hizmet

Oda büyüklüğü ve temizliği çok iyiydi. İlave yatak istedik ve anında getirdiler. Havuzundan da yararlandık. Temiz ve büyük bir havuzu var. Havuzda bone zorunluluğu var ancak kısa saçlı erkek çocuğu için de bone istenmesi yanlış. Kahvaltısı kötü değil ama otelin özellikleri düşünülünce iyi de hissettirmiyor.

Memnu kaldığımız bir konaklama

Konaklamamız gayet iyiydi koridorda bağırarak koşan çocuklar gece ve sabah erken saatlerde uyandırdı onda da otel bir tedbir alabilir mi nasıl alabilir bilmiyorum. Genel olarak konforlu bir konaklama yaşadık kahvaltı da yeterliydi.

Urfa’nın manevi ortamına aykırı..

Tatmin edici bir temizlik vardı. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Tek can sıkıcı şey, türk hamamının çoğu zaman karma olmasıydı. Sanki sadece Rus turistlere hizmet veriyor gibi. Halbuki enazından benim kaldığım 8 gün boyunca, arap, türk.. mütedeyyin epey müşteri vardı. Bir Urfalı olarak şehrimin göbeğindeki bu oteli, şehrimin manevi yapısına bağdaştıramadım. Konuştuğum bazı arkadaşlarım, inanamadı bu duruma.. Düzeltilebilir bir sorun.
