“Disclaimer, property sits on top a very very steep hill that you must climb! Other than that, excellent!! Service was great, very clean and modern appliances, very beautiful views with sitting area on balcony. Provides extra pillows!! Breakfast for cheap was very good. “Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!”
