"It was a great stay. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat simple but OK. Room is spacious and has a view of the mountains. The only drawback in our room was the toilet seat had a small crack and it hurts a bit when you stand up."

"Booked a room with one single bed on expedia, upon checking in i was told the room has two separate beds, and i had to pay some 30€ extra for a room with double bed, which i did, when i checked into the room i found two beds joined together., i could have done the same myself with the first room. It was a cheap move from the hotel receptionist. Otherwise, tge room was clean, quiet, specious, and the hotel was very well located meters away from the shopping scene."

"Fantastic stay in Andorra - our second visit. First was 1975\. The city has changed a lot! The Grand Plaza Hotel was great. Wonderful people working there, especially Julio at the front door and Ivan in the restaurants. Our room was fantastic. My only nit is the daily housekeeping was only so-so."

"went to check in and they gave me a room key that didn't work... we tried with the staff for 20 minutes and couldn't get in. They had to switch rooms... The hotel is older and the shower head is really flimsy. Wifi was slow too."
