"I stayed at the Sonesta for about 18 days, and my experience was absolutely amazing. I had a room on the 8th floor with a private balcony overlooking the ocean, which made my stay even more special. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it’s also located in a great area. It’s very close to the airport, and they offer convenient taxi service right at the front door. You can also easily use Uber, but having multiple transportation options—especially their well-kept taxis—made everything even more convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. My room was always spotless thanks to Juliet, who cleaned daily and consistently checked in to see if I needed anything. The hotel restaurants are also fantastic, offering delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. I especially want to mention Manuel, the kitchen captain, who exceeded my expectations by carefully accommodating my dietary restrictions. Eduardo, the bellman, was also incredibly attentive and always ready to help with luggage or provide helpful information. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for such a wonderful experience. The combination of a beautiful hotel, excellent service, and outstanding staff made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it!"

"What a view from this spot! Large balcony overlooking the beach with a jacuzzi. The restaurant had the best chicken I’ve had in my life. Rooftop bar/pool was all the vibes. AC blows cold, comfy beds with blackout curtains… the coffee shop in lobby was icing on cake to start your day. Very safe location. But best part was the staff. Amazing experience! Gleixa and Eduin were such professionals, as an American who isn’t best at Spanish they helped me w/ the check in process with ease & were very pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for better experience thanks to them! "

"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location that it was in. Literally right across from the beach. It was within walkable distance from everything I wanted to do while I was there and the staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was divine and included which was a wonderful start to our mornings. I didn’t have time to see the roof top as I was only there for 2 nights and had lots to do but I’m sure it was beautiful up there as well. I had an ocean view room which allowed my partner and I to enjoy the sunsets overlooking the water in the evenings which was breathtaking. The entire room and bathroom was clean and modernized and so spacious. I also loved the lobby areas and hallways, they had outdoor parts from within the hotel so you didn’t feel trapped inside. Only critiques I would make is that the pool was out of order at the time of my stay. And the grounds on the outside of the hotel could be kept a bit more cleaner but honestly I feel it adds to the charm of the hotel. Also, I returned to the hotel around 12 or 1 in the morning and noticed there was no guard on duty at the time and I was able to just walk right into the hotel. This was a bit of a security concern to me because no one asked any questions and I was able to go right up to my room. There was no key card needed to access the entrance. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world."

"I personally would never come back here. We found a roach in the room, the room was dirty, there was no fridge or kitchen area at all. AC didn't work that well, toilet smelt. Shower flooded if water was running on "high pressure." Staff extremely unhelpful waited an entire 1.5 to get into reserved room. No seating, and light is bright white."
